Guest Alek
Here the source, http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG2/thieves.php Can somebody confirm this? Thanks Link to comment
Jarno Mikkola
I can, why do you wanna ask that ? The Assassin gains a use of the ability on levels 1, 5,9, 13, 17 etc., the ability is the spell "spcl423.spl" which also uses the "spcl422.spl" that is basically the determinant for the damage etc. for the hitted target, as it has 3 extended headers that have different effects... Guest Alek
Well, I was using ShadowKeeper to test the improved poison effects but apparently what I've got is always the standard poison effect (the one that match the description of the assassin poison ability). Link to comment
Wisp
Your source is mistaken. The Poison ability does not improve with levels. SPCL422.spl (which your source apparently references) is unused. SPCL423.spl (which is the actual ability) uses SPCL422.eff, SPCL422A.eff and SPCL422B.eff. Link to comment
