Problem with wolf component and Melicamp

Hello DavidW, there seems to be a problem with Melicamp (as a chicken) if one installs the More realistic wolves and wild dogs-component. Melicamp's script apparently only triggers if the wolf is killed nearby. If he runs away (what is the result of installing the component), the script doesn't trigger. The wolf somehow has to be excluded from the component.

I had this issue as well. You can just rush the wolf down and probably succeed quite reliably but if you aren't aware of it, things can get really annoying as the wolf runs across the map.
