SCSII and Ascension

I have installed SCSII with almost all its components (besides few Items and Spell Tweaks). Can I install Ascension AFTER I installed SCSII?

 

Will the Ascension components overwrite the SCSII components?? For example I have installed all the smarter bosses, but what happens when I now install Ascension's thoughter bosses? Should I uninstall SCS first before adding Ascension?

 

This may seem like a stupid question, but I never used Ascension before.
