Extracting only items from a mod?

I found Improved Anvil v6 and was interested in the 92 new recipies for Cromwell and Cespenar, but i dont want the rest. IA Lite seems to do just that but its bugged to hades, during the install it suggests i mail Sikret with my problems, but i somehow dont think thats an option.

 

So, is there a guide to extracting just the needed dialog and items from the IAv6 or a working version of IA Lite - further when investigating the files i saw that there were a number of items in the IAv6 which were not in the IA Lite, so does anyone have the means to extract all the items?
