Echon
Items with infinite supply are shown as identified, even if that flag is not set. Link to comment
lynx
tested also with items with non-trivial lore to ID values? Link to comment
Echon
I noticed it by accident in ULGOTH.STO. How is this connected to lore? Link to comment
Daulmakan
I noticed it by accident in ULGOTH.STO. How is this connected to lore? Items that require 0 lore to identify always appear automatically as identified. Link to comment
Echon
I guess I should elaborate. What I noticed by accident was that after having removed the infinite supply flag, the items appeared as unidentified in the store. Link to comment
Avenger
I guess this is an unintentional feature, a bug. Link to comment
igi
You could make a justification for this - if there is an infinite supply of a particular item, the plane must be infinite in size, and infinitely full of the item. If an NPC has had to continually move shed-loads of the item, just to get from one side of the room to the other, there's a reasonable assumption they must know what the item is... ? Anyway, local copy amended, thanks. Link to comment
