[ANDROID] Setting to Fix Stuttering Videos in PST?

I have Planescape: Torment up and running on my Samsung Vibrant and in-game everything is smooth, but cutscenes/videos stutter pretty badly in places ... is there a .cfg or .ini setting I could tweak to improve video playback?
