ON HOLD - rechecking with mod maintainer to see if it can go into Crossmod Banter Pack. Aran_Aware is deprecated, so without some more stringent ok'ing, this is temporarly homeless.

 

I don't have a record of anyone saying "yes" to this particular NPC, though it is probably ok since other mods by the same author have been approved.
