Animate Dead Not Casting - Gibberlings3 Fixpack

I did a new install of BG2 and Throne of Bhaal then applied the Gibberlings3 fixpack- the core fixes and beta fixes. Now, my Sorceress can't cast Animate Dead! (I tested it. If I try to cast it in public, the Cowled Wizards don't show up.)

 

I tested this with a fresh-off-the-cage Priestess and she cast Animate Dead just fine!

 

How can I fix this simply?

 

I installed only Gibberlings3 and the wide screen mod, but I don't use the wide screen mod.

Maybe it was because I tried casting Animate Dead from a hotkey. I reinstalled BG2 without any fixpacks, mapped Animate Dead to F4, and it works.
