Installing Spell Tweaks mid-game

Hey, can i install some of the Spell Tweaks mid-game without breaking anything? For example "Reduce the power of Inquisitors' Dispel Magic"?

Probably. I don't actually promise that it will work, but I can't think of any particular reason why it wouldn't.

Another question: Can i change the casting time and duration for some of the bg2 spells or would the SCS2 scripts not work properly?

For example if i changed the casting time of the priest spell "Sanctuary" to 2 by using an editor or increased the duration of "Absolute Immunity" to 6 rounds instead of 4?

You should basically be fine. (Again, no promises.) The scripting isn't clever enough to change its priorities as spells change in effectiveness, though.
