Need help! FAILURE: EXE PATCHING FAILED.

When I was trying to install the widescreen Mod to the IWD2 version 2.0.0.0, I got the following errors.

 

Is this because I need to "install the latest patch", if it is, where can I find the patch? If it is because of some other reasons, please let me know how to solve them.

You need to install the latest patch (which would be Trials of the Luremaster if you're on Heart of Winter) and make sure you aren't installing the mod twice (which includes attempting to install it on EasyTutu or a cloned install when it is already installed on your main install).
