Tazok doesn't die, and he won't stop fighting either. I've been hitting him for nearly 10 min but he just keeps fighting when he is supposed to leave. I've tried ctrl-y but he stands there fighting after taking 1000s damages.

 

Could you please help me? I don't have any major mods installed other than BGT, NPC project.

I believe it is due to a conflict between Sword Coast Strategems (SCS) and BG1 NPCs.

The final fight in SCS is more interesting than vanilla and depends on Tazok being alive. So it's not possible to be recruited into the bandit camp with Kivan since he insists on blowing your cover.

Though since it's been a few days you've probably figured this out by now.
