touch vs mouse problem

Hi! i have galaxy note with stylus pen and theres one very annoying thing: when phone recognizes pen the game disables mouse emulation and treats pen as a mouse. Very well, but when i lift the tip of my pen about 5mm it is no more connected and pointer will go to lower left corner, lacking coordinates. Now is the problem: the map scrolls, all the way to australia! somebody please make a mod that keeps pointer where it was when lacking information! Now only way to play with pen is to keep it on the screen all the time, wich is totally unnatural.
