Deva level difference

BUG:

"The Fallen Deva was level 25 though the Deva was level 30 (their spellset, weapon, stats. and skills are the same); both now 25 as this matches the Planetars"

 

CAUSE:

Level field set to 30.

 

FIX:

Set the primary level to 25.

 WRITE_BYTE 0x0234 25
 BUT_ONLY_IF_IT_CHANGES
