BG1 Tweaks and dual class restrictions

Hi, the mod in question is the one in this link: http://www.gibberlings3.net/bg1tweaks/

I wanted to ask if it is similar to the bg2 tweaks(with link provided below) that allows for other races to dual class? Because I was trying to read through the links, and didn't find what I was looking for, but it may have been an oversight so I decided to ask if anyone else has used this and was able to dual class as another race?

I haven't run into one, the reason is that this feature needs the editing of the games start file, and there's not that many people that can and look forward to doing that, especially when mod compatibility comes to concern.

Besides, you can play the BG1 adventure easily with BGT-weidu, EasyTutu or in BG1EE, and get an engine upgrade at the same time.

I have BG1EE from steam. Hm, so if I were to use EasyTutu, which seems to port everything to the BG2 Engine, could I then use BG2Tweaks on the EasyTutu BG1?

Then you want BG2 Tweaks, not BG1 Tweaks. BG1 Tweaks is for the original BG1 only. BG2 Tweaks is for BG2, BGT, Tutu, BG1EE, and BG2EE.
