No. And there's a fairly high probability it will never exist. Perhaps some party AI scripts can account for that, but I really doubt it.

Well, here's that mod., well, the closest approximation, it's still not really good.. but yeah, the game engine doesn't like this kind of things, so ...

Well sometimes I can't believe how the people who dedicated their time to this website managed to make a already masterpiece of a game into something twice better so a few issues with the game engine can be excused =P
