SCS won't install on BG2:EE (2.1)

I just installed the "Initialize Mod," "Initialize AI," "General AI Improvements," and "Better Calls for Help" onto BG2EE v2.3. They went in fine. So whatever the problems are that people are having, likely stem from other mods, not SCS.
