StartCutSceneEx ?

Does anyone knows how StartCutSceneEx differs from StratCutSceen? Also what is the difference between:

StartCutSceneEx("someFile",TRUE)

and

StartCutSceneEx("someFile",FALSE)

We really need some topic describing all new EE patch 2.x triggers and actions like in the past.

With true, I think its triggers are actually checked.

StartCutsceneEx("cutscene",FALSE) is identical to the old StartCutscene("cutscene").
StartCutsceneEx("cutscene",TRUE) evaluates the cutscene's internal triggers before running it.
