I deleted your post since your question regarding SR has already been answered and there's no need to create a seperate topic for your issues.

We generally don't delete posts unless they're spam or an unintentional double post.

 

It's even worse than that: the claim that it was already answered isn't even true. The now-deleted post asked why the spell-resistance-lowering part of Pierce Magic and Pierce Shield is capped at 12% and 26% respectively, and whether that was intentional. No answer was given. I haven't seen this addressed anywhere, which is why I posted the question.
