Some help with Spanish

Is there a kind soul that can help me with some translation from English to Spanish?

 

The most urgent being:

Plus a few more lines about version history for the modification (see attachment).

I suggest trying Immortality at clandlan.net or Ancalagon el Negro at the other Spanish BG forum (whose name I forget). Haven't talked to either in a while, but they've usually been pretty good when I've messaged them directly.
