Translate IWDification? Here's 90% of it done!

In the IWDee tlk, we have

@854   = ~Squelette de garde~

@873   = ~Squelette de garde~

For the creature.

I have my own personal translation https://github.com/mleduque/iwdification/tree/v5-fr  but never submitted it becuase I could not test it easily on obg1/2.

I think I had to modify other files beside .tra to fix some not externalized things and suboptimal regexes.

@CamDawg So, it's done... kinda. I have install failures on obg1 but I *think* these components shouldn't install there anyway.
