It's from .bmp saved in GIMP.

Post it or PM me and I'll take a look at which internal formats the BMP is using.

Save it as uncompressed bmp for sure, best is 24 bits per pixel.

When exporting as a .bmp from GIMP, open "compatibility options" and check "do not write color space information", then open "advanced options" and make sure "24 bits" is selected.
