Error

When I try to install SCS mod, I get the error: Failure("TobEx EXE patch: Target bytes don't match, aborting...").

What am I doing wrong ?

Check you have the right (patched) version of bgmain.exe (26498, if I recall correctly) and that you're installing on Windows.

According to the Readme file I have BG2 ToB v. 2.5.26498.

I'm installing on Windows 7 (32 bit).

I beat that you are using GoG/Polish "Saga Baldur's Gate" editions which ships with different BGMain.exe size, right? Try to use http://www.shsforums.net/files/file/1086-saga-baldurs-gate-conversion/

You should just need to extract the archives content directly into the game folder and then run the .bat file with a double-click. I would if it were me, for the first time of course run a virus scanner to the extracted files and backup the game folder... but that's just the paranoid me.
