Last call for SCS v32 fixes

Tried fresh install without any tools or mods, bg2 2.5.1.6, SCS 28 v8 All options installed.

Create new mage, Daria, giving 5mil xp via CLUA. Pick Improved alacrity. Try casting IA, does nothing.

Pretty sure its part of the HLA as innates.

I ran into this one too, several times during the battle Abazigal's HP returned to full with no explanation whatsoever.  I eventually had to ctrl-Y passed him, he was completely unkillable.  It also seems utterly impossible to dispel his immunity to magical weapons; I can Ruby Ray and Breach him all I like, it won't go away.

I've put up an interim RC9, since a final version is taking longer than I'd expected. I've reopened the release-candidate thread and will close this one for now.
