Going to start with some honesty: I'm actually really nervous to be making this post (especially as my first post here), but I'm really interested in seeing community opinions about this. So, with that out of the way, I will get to the matter at hand: is there still interest in the community for new mods? Specifically, is there interest in new romanceable NPC mods? We're talking a full companion, planned to have BGII & ToB content, PID talks, flirtpack, party banter (including crossmod), personal quest... the works. A little background on the situation: I had originally begun work on this mod in 2016 when I reserved a prefix, but unfortunately, due to unexpected health trouble I was forced to abandon it. Fast forwarding to now, shortly after a fresh playthrough of BGII, I've discovered that this is still something that I'd really like to do. The character is very important to me, and I'd really love to share him with the community. While I do have experience with scripting & programming, this would be my very first game mod and thus a big undertaking that will probably take awhile. Which prompted me to make this interest check! As for the NPC himself, I've put some very brief, very basic info in the spoiler below since this post is getting long and ramble-ie. I know it might not seem like much, but I don't want to get too in-depth when things are still up in the air. I hope this is enough to spark interest, though! Psionica Posted July 2, 2019 Share Posted July 2, 2019 I enjoy playing Romance mods more than other mods. So far since I've played mods, I've romanced: Sarelieth, Tsujatha, Amber, Sirene, Tyris Flare, Petsy Chattertone, and Yvette (though wasn't able to finish hers due to the old bug problem). Sirene is a Well written and very enjoyable romance that I'm still doing in my current game. GL with ur mod Quote Link to comment
