  • Make a copy of transitions/scripts/#L_Cut09.baf
  • Change the line that says SetGlobal("bd_player_exiled","GLOBAL",2) to SetGlobal("bd_player_exiled","GLOBAL",1)
  • Then call it via:     StartCutSceneMode()
        FadeToColor([30.0],0)
        Wait(1)
        StartCutSceneEx("#L_Cut09",TRUE) // or whatever you end up calling it on your end

Next try: why is this necessary?

bd_player_exiled is 0 when the PC fought their way out of prison, = 1 when the dukes let them go (exiled).  Transitions sets it to 2 when the ending is skipped to indicate they have no clue that Skie is even dead.  Transitions uses that value to determine the dialogue with the Genie in the Air Plane.  Framed Again uses it to determine which wanted posters to put into play.

@Lauriel And/or you could "at least" change the calling of the cutscene so that setting the variable to "2" would be done before calling the cutscene, and not inside? That would make it much easier for compatibility, too. I am reluctant to go the way of making a copied cutscene if there is much easier ways that also will be more stable for future versions of Transitions.

The revised ending is kinda bugged.

First, during trial I speak as Entar or random person, not main character. Second, jail visitor dialogue is looped. Corwin and Hooded Man are fine, but (in my case) Neera couldn't end. Third, I didn't install component that always let Belt free you, yet he came (I find Imoen ending better). I didn't even had any options during trial.

What exactly do you mean with Neera can't end her dialogue? Does the dialogue end but she restarts it directly, or are you caught in a loop where clicking on a reply option gets you back to a dialogue line she said before? If so, would you quote the line please?

What exactly do you mean you talk as Entar or a random person, do you mean the displayed name when re-reading the dialogue in the text window? I don't think I can do anything about that. Most starts of dialogues (after cutscenes e.g.) is using the original scripts, so this would probably be for the original ending, too.

Ok, my fault with this one. I read only mod site and there's nothing about it.

She never leaves and her dialogue starts again. I had to use console to set global for her dissapearing and triggering Hooded Man appearance.

Yes, basically that. In dialogue window there's no <CHARNAME> but Entar Silvershield, even if <CHARNAME> is speaking.
