No Flara?

Edit: Okay, looked at the area code. So, Flara is supposed to be only recruitable during Chapter 2?

Guess that's intended.

More importantly though, the script blocks are missing a Continue(). This could prevent the area script from executing the rest of the scripts that are below those two blocks.

Yeah, Flara wants to look into the mines, so if you clear them out before recruiting her, she'll take off. Should probably have mentioned that in the overview. You don't have to bring her with you; as long as she's been in the party at some point before chapter 3, she won't go anywhere.

My bad on the missing Continues, though.
