installing for steam version of BGEE

I am trying to install EET Tweaks. I have the Steam version of BGEE. Do I install the unzipped file into the C:\programfiles(x86)\Steam|SteamApps\ common\Baldur's Gate or in another spot?

I keep getting this message when I try the setup application:

"Please run this program in your Infinity Engine Game Directory.

Fatal Error: Failure (not a "game directory")"
