Yeah, those spells are from b_Spells, they don't all have custom .BAMs (yet).  I've made up some temporary .BAMs for several spells, but I don't have a full list of which ones need it so it's a bit ad hoc.  I'll put those four spells on my to-do list.

Like I say, I currently have Store Revisions installed before FnP, and at least in chapter 2, everything seems fine.

Yes but I did not say other components need to go after FnP.  I only stressed that IR's main component definitely needs to be installed first.  I have no information about the other IR components... they probably can also be installed earlier; there is only not particular reason (that I'm aware of) why they must be.

In general, if a mod adds weapons, armors, shields, helmets, bracers, or wands, then IR's global components should be installed after it.

I think FnP has wands at least.  However, IR would need to be updated to support the specific items.  (The same goes for armors, shields, and bracers.)

Nope - FnP only alters the item type and kit/class exclusion flags of various weapons and armor. It doesn’t add anything new. And I don’t think any other post-FnP mods mods in my list, at any rate, do either. So it should be fine to install all of IR before FnP. (I did something a bit funky with IR and MSfM, but they were installed between Tome & Blood and FnP.

Grammarsalad added those at some point, I believe in preparation for some future functions.  They are unused.  They might be used in the future, I guess... maybe for something like creation of potions or wands as kit abilities.  But I don't think they are anything that would be in stores.  @Grammarsalad knows better... but for now those .itm files can safely be ignored, at least for purposes of interactions with IR.

The only tricky bit involving IR's Store Revisions is, I think it removes the Staffs of Wizardry and Circlets from Pecca's More Style for Mages mod.  So I insert MSfM in the middle of IR, between Store Revisions and Weapon Changes (because I want MSfM staffs to be affected by IR Weapon Changes).

Sorry @Vivi_O there is a small typo.  If you can use a text editor to open faiths_and_powers/lib/fnp_spopntaneous.tpa, go to line 700, you should see this:

(MOD_IS_INSTALLED ~tomeandblood.tp2~ ~71~) OR (MOD_IS_INSTALLED ~tomeandblood.tp2~ ~71~)

Change one "71" to "72."  Make sure the line references both 71 and 72.

Alternatively, if you're not comfortable with that, just reinstall the spell-switching component in Tome & Blood, and choose the "switch a spell every level" option instead of "switch a spell every three levels."  Then FnP should install fine.
