As far as the screen freezing and the  app becoming unresponsive: I've never seen  any behavior like that, and I don't think this mod could cause that. Could be the UI mod? Maybe it expects more spells to be available, or it tries to automatically populate the memorized spells, or something?

EDIT - yeah, looking at that picture again, I bet it's the UI. The way it lays out spells in that grid, instead of in a list, is quite different - and a bit weird! Like, what if you want to memorize one spell more than once? That UI doesn't seem to permit that. (And unfortunately, for various structural reasons for which there is no workaround, memorizing one spell more than once is required for this or any sphere system to work. Is that Pecca's UI mod? I would drop a note to him mentioning this issue, I imagine it shouldn't be hard to make it work.

EDIT 2 - maybe it actually works, but you/we just don't know how it works? Can you click that one spell multiple times, to memorize it more than once? Or right-click, or something like that? Pecca probably included some method to do that...

I did another complete reinstall, this time with your latest versions of all mentioned mods. Now priest spell selection works fine. Dragonspear UI does allow to memorise a spell more than once, as seen here:

I no longer have the problem with the app becoming unresponsive, and upon starting the game I was able to choose and memorise spells as intended.

However, with testing out various cleric kits, I did notice a few issues. 

1. The Mistwalker of Leira gets an ability called 'Leira's Double'. However when right-clicking this ability, there is no description text. Just the name.

I uploaded a version 0.84.00. The scroll component is still commented out. Otherwise, I added a function, some files, and a few tra entries. Shouldn't have any effect on anything else, including compatibility (especially given that the component is commented out). From what I understand @sturmvogelwas having the issue even with version 0.83.xx.

I found the conflict: It was Made in Heaven's Items(mih-ip). I rolled back my installation and was able to successfully install FnP and loaded up a game to confirm that it was playable at that time. Couldn't get the priest scrolls to install as I had a "ERROR: Unix.Unix_error(Unix.ENOENT, "stat", "faiths_and_powers/data/scrolls/bam/missing") message. I'll rebuild my installation using all of item revisions instead of MiH and pause it there to see if y'all can figure out what the latest problem is.

I spoke too soon. Having reinstalled everything up to the priest scroll version of FnP, I'm getting the same error as earlier, not the one with the priest scroll problem.

Couldn't add CLERIC_FERAL_INSTINCT to spell.ids as no slots remain
Added spell CLERIC_FERAL_INSTINCT
FAILURE:
Invalid spell number: -1

Let me know if you want me to test this with 0.83.15. Or post my weidu.log
