Weidu.log? Mod version? I just tried installing 0.84 and 0.85 four different ways, and I could not reproduce this. In every case I made a Cherub of the Ruby Rose and put pips into longswords and axes, then picked up the longsword and axe from the table in Chateau Irenicus, and I could equip and use them just fine.

Hi @subtledoctor, I have a question. Is there an option in FnP to not disable F/M/C when installing the multiclasses? If not, could you consider adding one, or even just not disable it by default?

For context, I have a F/M/C kit. Because the FnP multiclass components disable the F/M/C class, my kit also becomes unselectable. I can re-enable it if my kit is installed after FnP multiclass (I've already written that into my mod), but it'd be better for compatibility if it worked both ways. Edit: Just for added info, my multiclasses don't depend on the FnP multiclass installer for compatibility. But obviously, the kits still need to be selectable.

Whatever your decision with this, could you post a reply? Thanks. This is just so I know if I need to add anything to the compatibility info for my mod.

Hello subtledoctor, I think I found the zealots equipment problem. Turns out was the fnp multiclass mod that make the equipments to be equal to the priests. Here the log.

Viconia has the Darkcloak of Shar priest kit but has the exact same spell access as Branwen, including Moon-Themed spells and Sun sphere spells which I would associate with Shar's enemies.

I'm not sure if that's because the kits are bugged or because how changing the NPCs to their appropriate kits was handled.

Also I can't find a Freedom spell on either Jaheira, Branwen or Viconia's spellbooks, is this intentional?

I'd say this: I'm going to keep triple-classes disabled unless and until we actually make a triple-class kit or three. I haven't looked into whether the automated multiclass kit installer can handle triple classes, and I won't have time to look into it anytime soon.

So, in the meantime:

  1. You should enable the triple-class menus on your end if your mod is installed after FnP. It sounds like you already know how to do this?

Hi all,

I encountered bug/issue that I cannot solve. Mod FnP and FnP multiclass installs without any issues. During character creation, when I pick fighter/cleric multiclass game hangs. I've installed other uptodate versions of FnP, including Faiths & Powers v0.79.32 from subtledoctors Github but without an effect. Also installing earlier versions of FnP didn''t work. Mod was installed on vanilla BGEE polish language version.

Any ideas what to do and/or what is causing this issue?

I haven't seen any such problem, so -

I was about to write it might be something to do with the Polish translation, but I just looked and realized the mod doesn't have a Polish translation? So I am confused.

I can't quite tell which version you installed or what other mods you have installed. Maybe try the latest beta of version 0.85? It's been a bit of a work in progress but it is what I've worked on most lately, so the most likely to have bugs fixed. Benefit: no more separate multiclass mod, the whole thing is in one package. (Install it after all other kit mods.)

Finally, are you sure it "hangs," and doesn't just "freeze?" With as many kits as this adds to the game, I've noticed that on my machine it can freeze for like upwards of 10 seconds when going from the class menu to the kits menu. On slower hardware it could be longer. That's expected behavior... but it should become unfrozen eventually.

The error itself seems to be involved with ADD_KIT_EX... which I'm not terribly competent to troubleshoot. so without the alter weapon/armor component, all the others installed smoothly, albeit with warnings. There were A LOT of these:

Tried rolling a shaman/mage real quick, everything seems to be working.

“Internal ability name too long” is generally not a problem. In fact I intentionally give some abilities a too-long name when I want them exempted from the QD_Multi function. 

It can’t be down to the item use component though - I just installed all those FnP components plus the weapon/armor usability, and multidruids installed just fine. 

Based on your —change-log, I’ll run some tests with Might & Guile, see if there’s an interaction there I’m not aware of.
