location of Weimer's Shapeshifter Rebalancing mod?

I'm looking for the block of code relating to Weimer's Shapeshifter Rebalancing mod but with all the files in the Anthology I can't seem to find it, which file would it be in?

It would be here...  it's part of the Easy-of-use compilation. But like Gwendolyne said, the G3 Tweakspack might do it better today, depending on your tastes.

I wanted to comment out the section that gave druids and rangers a bunch of cleric spells and I was going crazy trying to find it.

I dont see it in there, how does the Tweakspack improve it?

I'm using the EE mod tool and it was the only shapshifter kit mod I could find, I just wanted the werewolf form to be better since I plan on using Cernd on my next playthrough
