Can't un-install, how to force-reinstall ?

Hi,

I've made a mess in the mods trying to figure how everything works and SCS was the first things I installed, back when I had modmerger instead of dlcmerger and when my install of DragonspearUI was not working.

Not everything works except that SCS is not really installed but it thinks it is so it only sends errors when I try to re-install any component.

Is there anything I can do outside of re-installing the whole thing ?

@HemingbaeYou game state is broken, restore from backup and install everything again using proper install order.
