Guest Ossium
I've attempted installation 3 times now and it always stops in the same spot. It seemingly creates, patches and applies files for a long time and then stops at the point listed below. Any idea on what I could try to fix it? I have the GOG EE versions of BG and have used modmerge to make BGEE1 + SOD usable by the installation program. 160 BEETLE appended to SPECIFIC.IDS Appending to files ... 161 SACRIFICE appended to SPECIFIC.IDS Appending to files ... 183 DROW appended to SPECIFIC.IDS Appending to files ... 201 AUTINN_CREW appended to SPECIFIC.IDS Appending to files ... 202 LUCILLA_CREW appended to SPECIFIC.IDS Appending to files ... 203 GOOD_DRUID appended to SPECIFIC.IDS Appending to files ... 204 DARK_DRUID appended to SPECIFIC.IDS Appending to files ... 205 PETRIFIED appended to SPECIFIC.IDS Appending to files ... 250 SPIRIT appended to SPECIFIC.IDS Appending to files ... 251 SPECTACLES_QUEST appended to SPECIFIC.IDS Copying and patching 1 file ... Jarno Mikkola
I would guess you have an old version of the game, or you didn't install the DLCmerger to your BG1EE+SoD to be able it to be modified... or something, there's a reason why the above prints this: 2 hours ago, Guest Ossium said: PLEASE email the file SETUP-EET.DEBUG to K4thos (swit) ... it's a little erronious, cause it doesn't give an email address and you ought to just open the file and copy paste the entire text in spoilers... these:
-text-
in this forum, and not email a-been-there-goone-missing, but it's a tool derived error message, so it wasn't build to be precise.
