Baldurs gate EE Tweaks Anthology skips some options because another mod isnt compatable with an existing mod but i have no others.

It says it's skipping some options (like being able to have unlimited strongholds) interfears with another mod I have... but no others are installed. Before I reinstalled Windows it didn't do this. Any ideas?
