Psionica Posted January 15, 2021 Share Posted January 15, 2021 Goto goverment district and do the mob with viconia, that opens the jail up. Then goto slums and there should be 2 children talking about a captured demon dragged to the city jail. Go back to the jail and inside one of the cells is a special guard, talk to him and he wants u to get the proper papers, this is done at gov building talking to several npcs. Then take it back to the guard and u can access Amber. Quote Link to comment
