Comparing vanilla HLA to modded added HLA

I noticed today that in vanilla Thief HLA, coupled with druid one are on par with the mage HLA

My question is:

1) Does Rogue rebalancing actually improve vanilla HLA my making thief HLA stronger? For sure I can say that Refinements definitely makes Thieves weaker, by removing UAI HLA

2) I can say that cleric and druids comes out stronger with refinements. Do you agree?

3) What about the other classes?
