I received the achievement The Seven Statues (the one for defeating Sendai in Throne of Bhaal) for defeating the Sendai in Fire Leaf Forest (BG5300). I don't know if that's something that can be fixed by the EET; might just be as simple as renaming the BG5300 one to "Sendai Argrim" assuming the Wiki entry about her is accurate.
