temnix
If I apply a percentile reduction to a creature's experience total, that works as a one-time deduction, permanent, unless I remove it later. How do I use this effect to reduce the amount of XP the creature will earn in the future? Quote Link to comment
Jarno Mikkola
You set it to a percentage model, and live on. Aka, using opcode 104, Parameter 1 = 90 Parameter 2 = 2. This reduces the total and then gained xp by a 10%... and that's that. No, you can't do it exclusively for future XP. Well, at least if it's not a dual class freak, that ops the effect in with the after dual effect. Quote Link to comment
temnix
Why would a straight penalty slow XP gain? It just deducts so many points from the total, as many as corresponds to 5% or 10%. Quote Link to comment
