Ease-of-use AI Hotkeys

Is there a way to remove the hotkeys of D and F from the ease of use AI? I like to use D as part of WASD to move the map instead of a mouse. When I try to use this mod this ultimately seems to cause characters to switch to melee when they should be ranged attacking.
