Any way to change difficulty so the monsters do +100% dmg on insane?

As per title, I could not find the option to change difficulty. Neither via fine-tune difficulty (gameplay options), or reinstall.

I want to play on SCS insane (highest difficulty) AND +100% (vanilla) more damage from monsters.

Playing on BG2 EE with SCS as the only mod.

never mind, after days of search, reinstall, reading, turns out there is an option. In gameplay options on right hand side, no difficulty based damage changes...
