BGEE weapon icon action bar bug

After installing tweaks anthology and Songs and silence mods, my action bar won't display equipped weapons, just a fist. the weapon works in combat, but I can't aim or identify when ranged weapons are equipped. I'm attaching a screenshot and my tweaks log file. Please help!

Did you use the "Give Every Class/Kit Four Weapon Slots" option? [EDIT: according to the debug file, you did)

Did you equip your weapon in one of the visible slots? In my experience, the additional slots are not visible in the bar.

This, pretty much. And while I don't think it's the source of the issue, Tweaks should be installed after S&S.
