Guest Guest
I'm aware that presently Dudley's fixes are not compatible with Tutu and especially BG1NPC. But he does have a lot of fixes, and I was wondering if some of the fixes "should" work ok with BG1NPC. 2 questions: 1) If I do NOT install any of Dudley's fixes to scripts (BCS) or dialogs (DLG), should the rest of his fixes, in theory, work with BG1NPC? I.e. the fixes to music, creatures, items, spells, etc. should not affect BG1NPC mod? 2) If I just installed his dialog.tlk file to get his spelling fixes prior to Tutu conversion, would that work (again in theory) with BG1NPC? Thanks in advance for any advice. Link to comment
Andyr
It might work, but I'd really recommend not doing it. Most of the fixes are, I think, planned for incorporation in a compatible fashion into a future Tutufix anyhow. Link to comment
Domi
I agree with Andy - Dudley fixes are done in a quite old-fashioned way, and it will make any potential errors impossible to troubleshoot, especially if dialog.tlk file was messed up. It will be the best to wait for TUTU team to carefully WeiDU'ized the bulk of them Link to comment
