2 questions about how tweak anthology works

I have test your mettle installed early, and tweak anthology at the end of the list. test your mettle is that one mod that adds the the modron cagematch/maze thing, potentially the same one that I remember from planescape: torment but do not quote me on that. Anyhow, this maze was installed with the component of lowering experience by 3/4 for kills. I didn't choose any experience modifier for tweak anthology but just pretend that I did and tell me if that would reset the 3/4 experience that I actually did install? Are these modifier something I can change from say 3/4 to 9/10 for example on the fly without ruining my save game progress?

Argent77's quest mods (Test Your Mettle! and Trials of the Luremaster in EET) have EXP multipliers specific for their areas.  I'm unsure if a general EXP multiplier would affect these areas too and, if so, how they would stack.

Tweaks Anthology only provides a component to remove the XP cap. EET_Tweaks provide XP changing components which are global and stack with the mod-specific ones multiplicatively.

I think that means I can install the experience reducer of test your mettle after EET tweaks?
