Losing my mind trying to find a BG 2 EE mod?

I swore I had downloaded, swore I had seen it talked about just recently but I can find nothing --- it involved adding some quests extra steps in getting to Suldanessellar among other things, getting more lens I think? It's more I remember thinking 'oh that could be interesting' and now I have no idea what the mod was or even where I saw it. *face palm*
