Translation request for Tweaks v15

Tweaks v15 is pretty much ready to go, pending a readme update. For translators, I've added five new strings: @15002, @17001, and @17010 in weidu.tra and @15003 and @15004 in game.tra. I'll probably release this weekend-ish if you wan to get the translations updated before then.

Cheers. Basically, the component (for EE games) changes items such as "Kondar +1" to be named "Kondar" instead. I've never like the +x on unique items, as (to me at least) "Kondar +1" implies there's a Kondar +2 out there somewhere.

For those interested: the next release is being held up as I'm trying to sort out an issue that seems to be specific to one translation. No ETA at the moment.
