BG and up to date mod managers with lists.

Haven't played this game in a long time and was wondering if there are any mod managers currently in use that are up to date with mod lists. I cant see myself crawling around to find cool mods and there are clearly a ton of them available already here on this site. I remember there use to be a big world installer or something like that is there anything comparable now? I especially want mods that add classes, spells, items and quests. Thanks for any help.
