Would it be possible to have item codes for the custom items?

Hi!

Would it be possible to give us console codes for items like Coalesced Shadow Ioun Stone or the Heart of Flame? I had to port my save to a new pc and of course the items aren't available where they should be, and I'm loathe to abandon a very good run. I can console myself all the original items when they would normally be obtainable, but can't do that with custom items if I don't have the codes.

This information can be obtained by looking at the TP2 in a text editor, and it would be far easier to add items in via EE keeper anyway.  The codes are just the filenames.
