I've long had an interesting issue with cd tweaks ever since it got its name changed from BG2 tweaks. The "no traps or locks" component will install but not actually get rid of the locks. I have to go back to an old version of "bg2 tweaks" that has that component fully working. I don't know what the difference is, but I did notice that the cd tweaks installs that component and calls it version 15, whereas the version from bg2 tweaks is labelled version 16.
