Gorgon's Eye help please

I am in the part of the mod where I have the bombs over Beregost.  I have killed all of the thieves and have a letter in a code the only a shadow thief could decipher. I have walked everywhere and gone back down into the guild and do not see anyway to progress it further.  Rigaldo talks about it is going to be a bloody night and there is no Bladwin.

Sorry you’re having trouble!

In a previous quest Baldwin should have moved from his usual spot to over where Rigaldo is. He should be pretty close behind him. If he’s not there now, do you ever remember him being there? There should have been a forced dialog with him and Ariosh in that spot when the bombs quest first started.

DOH, I was a moron.  I got so used to seeing Baldwin in one location and there were always a couple  of rogues around Rigaldo that I assumed that the characters around Rigaldo were those rogues. 

Baldwin was indeed right there, thank you for the information.

 

I really am enjoying this mod, I think it is solidly done.
