1.
I installed BG1EE mods with EE-Mod-Setup. Very a few mods including SCS.
https://github.com/EE-Mod-Setup

2.
I noticed weird bug during final battle.
There were no traps in the bhaal temple(AR0125).

3.
I found out "modded AR0125" had no traps, unlike "vanilla AR0125".
AR0125.are was modified by SCS.

4.
This "trap removal" is an intended feature of SCS
or is it a bug?

5.
I tried with or without "Area Patcher" mod, hoping the bug to be fixed.
But the problem was same.

The EE Mod setup tool is the problem here. All of these mods are unauthorized versions. Unless someone's willing to dig through all of their code to determine what changes they make from the official versions, it's not really possible to tell if they're legitimate errors with the mods, or results of the weird undocumented changes made in the EE Mod setup tool's versions.

On the specific question about the final battle area in that temple - yes, SCS intentionally removes the traps. Resetting traps that launch indiscriminate AoE effects are exploitable; there's a lightning bolt trap here, in particular, that you can walk across repeatedly to slaughter the enemies before you ever see them (assuming you've buffed for lightning immunity, of course).

This is EET_Fix - which isn't a fixpack, btw, but also contains a tweak.

I don't know what the BGEE_Fix is supposed to be - I'm not sure I even want to know, though, as it is probably another tweakpack from Roxanne with dubious content.

Just a note: if it would be an actual fixpack, installing it last would be unusual, to say the least.

Spoilered for the sake of those who don't want to know :p

A hodgepodge of multiple unrelated changes all in one component.

Mostly string changes and some scripts.
